• 1.5oz Dos Hombres Mezcal
• .5oz Ancho Reyes Poblano Liqueur
• .5oz Orange
• .75oz Agave syrup
• .75oz Lemon
• 1.5oz Organic Carrot Juice
• 5 drops Hellfire Bitters (or spicy bitters of choice)
• Pinch of salt

Recipe

Shake ingredients and strain into a Collins Glass rimmed with Tajin. Top with Baby Carrot or Carrot top.
