• 1.5oz. Dos Hombres Mezcal
• 1/2oz Agave Nectar
• 1/2oz Pineapple Juice
• 1oz Corn Purée
• 2 Dash Black Pepper
• 3 Dash Mole Bitters
• 3/4oz Lime Juice

Recipe

To create corn puré use 1 can of sweet corn. Put in a blender and blend until you get creamy consistency.

Add all ingredients to your shaker and vigorously shake. Fine strain into a rocks glass.

Garnish and enjoy!
